Carlos Sainz expressa descontentamento por ser “abandonado” pela Ferrari por Lewis Hamilton.

Carlos Sainz expressed his emotions upon learning that Lewis Hamilton would be taking his place at Ferrari. On February 2, 2024, Scuderia Ferrari announced the signing of the seven-time world champion on a two-year contract. This change meant that Carlos Sainz would no longer be a driver for the team, and it did not leave him satisfied. The Spanish driver shared his anguish as he felt that Ferrari made room for Hamilton, who desired to join the team. Despite this setback, the 29-year-old driver saw it as an opportunity for the future and remained positive. Sainz expressed his ambition to become a world champion and his determination to work towards achieving that goal.

Faced with being replaced, Sainz received several offers and is currently evaluating his options for his next team. He acknowledged that he needed to move on from the news and stop worrying. This matter has weighed heavily on his mind for some time, and he wants to leave it behind in order to focus on the upcoming races and alleviate stress. There are rumors linking Sainz to Williams.

During a recent interview, Carlos Sainz discussed his plans for the future. He mentioned that he is being considered as a potential target by all teams in need of a driver for the next season. However, Sainz has not yet committed to any team. The 29-year-old driver believes that he needs time to carefully evaluate his options and consider all relevant factors before making a decision.

Currently, Sainz is at Ferrari and has the best car. His main focus is to win races. He wants to ensure that he is doing everything possible to succeed in his current role before making any significant career decisions. Despite the disappointment of being replaced, Carlos Sainz remains positive and is fully focused on the challenges ahead in the current season. Ferrari is currently in second place in the standings, and both drivers are determined to reduce the gap by scoring points in the upcoming races.
