Toyota bZ3X com mais de 10.000 entregas em menos de um mês

Toyota announced that the bZ3X, the new 100% electric SUV aimed at the Chinese market, has recorded over 10,000 deliveries since its launch at the end of March, with 12,000 pending orders.

Unveiled at the Shanghai Auto Show alongside the bZ7, the bZ3X is a compact electric SUV based on the e-TNGA platform, measuring 4.64 meters in length, 1.88 meters in width, and 1.62 meters in height, with a wheelbase of 2.75 meters.

Additionally, it is available in the Chinese market, the largest in the world, with five versions offering front-wheel drive and all-wheel drive, equipped with lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries that provide CLTC ranges of 430 km for the entry-level version with a 50 kWh battery or 610 km for the version equipped with a 67.9 kWh battery.

Inside, the bZ3X comes equipped with a 12.3’’ touchscreen infotainment system powered by a Snapdragon 8155 chip, a panoramic glass roof, and L2+ autonomous driving technology from Momenta.

It is worth noting that the bZ3X is largely based on the Aion V, a brand owned by GAC, Toyota’s Chinese partner, and therefore the production of Toyota’s new 100% electric model is handled by the joint venture that the Japanese brand has with its Chinese partner.

Designed for the Chinese market, it is uncertain whether the bZ3X will be exported to Europe, just like the new bZ7, Toyota’s new sedan, which is equipped with Huawei’s new Harmony OS operating system.
