Renovado Polestar 2 chega com muitas novidades tecnológicas

The Swedish brand of high-performance electric cars has decided to refresh the Polestar 2, which now arrives on the market with new features and technology.

Among the updates is a faster processor that optimizes the performance of the infotainment system. This is a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, which according to Polestar allows for faster download speeds for onboard applications, reduced response times within applications and actions, greater responsiveness of the central screen, and an overall smoother performance of the infotainment system.

Another new feature is the optional Bowers & Wilkins sound system, which includes 14 speakers and a total power of 1,350 Watts. Key features include Tweeter-on-Top technology for greater clarity and precision, as well as Continuum mid-range speakers that reduce distortion for an immersive sound experience.

The design of this sound system features exclusive details on the front doors and a stainless steel mesh on the rear door panels, enhancing the sophistication of the audio system.

These updates also include the debut of a new body color for the Polestar 2, Dune, a metallic shade with a soft mica finish and a sandy undertone, replacing the color Jupiter.

Still on the exterior, a new design of forged five-spoke wheels is introduced for the 20’’ wheels of the Performance version, which are the lightest available for the Polestar 2 to date.

Inside the cabin, a new MicroTech bio-attributed upholstery option in Charcoal is available, featuring a distinctive stitching pattern and Black Ash decor, offered as part of the optional Pack Plus.

Additionally, Polestar has introduced the new optional Pack Prime, which combines the Pilot, Plus, and Climate packs, along with tinted rear windows, in a more economical solution. The tint is now applied to the rear side windows as well as the rear window.

The Swedish brand has announced that the 2026 model year Polestar 2 is now available for order, with a starting price of €49,900 for the entry-level version, Standard Range Single Motor, which features an electric motor delivering 272 hp and boasts a range of up to 554 km. Additionally, the Plus Pack is offered for €3,500 and the Prime Pack for €5,800.
