Adrien Fourmaux shines as Solberg dominates the Rally Estonia track!

In a jaw-dropping display of skill, Adrien Fourmaux claimed a remarkable 3.3-second stage victory, propelling him up the leaderboard in a stunning fashion. Despite Fourmaux’s stellar performance, it’s Oliver Solberg who continues to assert his dominance on the track, extending his lead to a commanding 11.9 seconds.

The morning session saw Solberg, making his Toyota Rally1 debut, surge ahead with an 8.5-second lead over Ott Tänak after five thrilling stages in Estonia. However, the afternoon brought a twist in the tale as Fourmaux unleashed his true potential on the opening stage, setting a blistering pace that left his competitors in awe.

Solberg, though extending his lead by 3.4 seconds over Tänak, admitted to facing challenges on the track, saying, “I did so many small mistakes, it was so slippy. Not the best, but learning.” Despite his minor setbacks, Solberg has consistently showcased his speed, either clinching the top spot or a close second on every stage of the day.

Meanwhile, Tänak’s impressive performance drew praise from his teammate Thierry Neuville, who managed to edge past Kalle Rovanperä into a podium position, keeping the Finnish driver at bay with a 2.5-second gap. However, it was Fourmaux who stole the show with his remarkable pace, making significant adjustments during service to unlock a level of speed that had eluded him earlier in the day.

“We did some big steps in service, and I don’t recognize the car to be fair,” expressed Fourmaux, clearly delighted with his performance. “That was really nice to drive this time. That’s a good one – I was enjoying so much.” The Frenchman’s remarkable speed, 3.3 seconds faster than the second-place Solberg, marked a sensational comeback on the challenging Rally Estonia track.

As the competition heats up, with each driver pushing the limits of performance, the stage is set for an electrifying finish at the Rally Estonia. Stay tuned as the drivers battle it out for supremacy on the unforgiving Estonian stages, where every second counts and every turn demands perfection. Don’t miss a moment of the heart-pounding action as these rally titans push themselves to the edge in pursuit of victory!
