Debris on the track forced a temporary full-course yellow flag, followed by a heart-stopping incident involving Luca Ghiotto of #34 Inter Europol Competition Oreca 07 LMP2. Ghiotto’s misfortune led to front-left suspension damage on his car after a hair-raising spin in the treacherous Porsche Curves.
