“First to the Finish” is the name of the new documentary series that portrays the story of the Mazda MX-5 Cup, a successful single-make trophy that takes place on North American soil with the small roadsters from the Hiroshima brand.
Its broadcast, exclusively on the streaming platform of Prime Video in the U.S., provides unprecedented access to the behind-the-scenes of this motorsport competition, telling a story across 6 episodes filled with octane and adrenaline, transporting viewers into the competitive world of this motorsport.
With footage collected throughout the competitive 2024 season, it reflects the combination of personal life with the adrenaline of the circuits through the experiences of three women: Sally Mott and Heather Hadley, two rising career drivers, and Shea Holbrook, owner of the BSI Racing team, who courageously and with a degree of personal sacrifice pursue their dreams and goals, revealing a talent and determination that prove the pursuit of victory knows no gender.
