Lando Norris acredita que oito carros têm chance de vencer o Grande Prêmio da Espanha após conquistar a pole position para a corrida de 66 voltas.

Lando Norris delivers an exceptional performance during qualifying for the Spanish Grand Prix, impressing the crowd with his remarkable lap at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya. The McLaren driver pushed his MCL38 to the limit and secured a well-deserved pole position. Despite finishing second, the Red Bull driver also showed strong performance, highlighting the fierce competition in Q3. With Mercedes, Ferrari, Red Bull, and McLaren all starting in close proximity, up to eight cars have a chance to compete for victory in the next race. Unfortunately, Norris’ teammate failed to set a time in Q3.

Throughout the season, McLaren, Ferrari, and Mercedes have shown significant progress in catching up to Red Bull, resulting in several different drivers claiming pole position. Lando Norris even secured a win at the Miami GP. While Norris acknowledges the potential for a tight battle among eight cars for victory in the 66 laps of the Spanish GP, he believes that the driver who makes the fewest mistakes will emerge victorious. This year, several drivers have made costly errors at crucial moments.

The McLaren Formula 1 team, based in Woking, has been consistently improving since the second half of last year. Their performance has reached new heights in the ongoing campaign, thanks to the powerful MCL38. Lando Norris consistently extracts the maximum performance from his car, earning praise from the paddock. As the race approaches, it will be crucial for Norris to establish himself as the leader after the first corner of the first lap, as this will give him an advantageous position to control the rest of the Spanish GP. Many eyes will be on the young British driver and his MCL38.
