Helmut Marko elogia Yuki Tsunoda como um piloto habilidoso por “saber controlar suas emoções” em 2024.

Helmut Marko acknowledged that Yuki Tsunoda has become a prominent driver in the world of Formula 1. The Motorsport Consultant of Red Bull recently praised RB’s driver as one of the best performers in the sport. According to Marko, Tsunoda’s consistent progress throughout his rookie season has been remarkable. Additionally, Marko revealed that Tsunoda is currently in high demand among other teams.

Marko praised the Japanese driver for his transformation since joining the Formula 1 circuit. Tsunoda’s development as a driver has been substantial, showing significant improvement. While Tsunoda was previously known for his emotional approach, he has now gained control over his emotions and minimized mistakes on the track.

The octogenarian elaborated on how Tsunoda’s progress has caught the attention of other teams, expressing their interest in hiring him as a driver. However, Red Bull chose to keep him due to his young age, exceptional talent, and alignment with the team’s goals and values. Consequently, Red Bull extended Tsunoda’s contract for another year.

The team principal of RB, recognizing the increasing value of Yuki Tsunoda in the driver market, emphasized that the 24-year-old is part of Red Bull’s driver development program. This affiliation indicates Tsunoda’s aspirations to eventually race for the Red Bull team. The Japanese driver possesses the necessary ambition and is fully committed to proving his worth. The 47-year-old team principal emphasized their shared unity and ambition, which motivates them to surpass themselves.

The French engineer speculated that if Tsunoda continues to progress and takes another significant step next year, it will be impossible to ignore his talent. Such advancements could make a compelling case for Tsunoda to join the Red Bull main team in the future.

In general, the dedication and hard work of Yuki Tsunoda in improving his skills and controlling his emotions have not gone unnoticed. Fans can expect more improvements from Tsunoda in the upcoming races, potentially contributing to the team’s success in earning valuable points.
