The 2024 NASCAR Cup season saw Gragson’s return to the Premier division after his departure from Legacy Motor Club due to a social media controversy. Tony Stewart, as a replacement, provided him with an opportunity for redemption at Stewart Haas Racing.
However, bad luck continued to follow Gragson at SHR, as the team announced last month that it will cease operations at the end of 2024. This once again puts Gragson’s career in uncertainty, as he needs to find a new team for the 2025 season, considering the limitations imposed by his sponsorship agreements.

During a recent interview at Iowa Speedway, the driver of the Ford No. 10 discussed the current state of his career. He emphasized that he is focused only on what he can control and is determined to improve his race performance with the Ford team.
Gragson, who was previously a driver for JR Motorsports, expressed his desire to continue racing on Sundays. He is putting in tremendous effort every week to make this aspiration a reality for the upcoming season.
I am uncertain about what the future holds. However, I firmly believe that I have the potential to be part of the group of drivers on Sundays, and I am dedicated to being part of that group in the future.
There are several openings available for the 2025 season, but securing one will require more than just talent. It will be interesting to see which team will eventually hire Gragson for the next season.
