When asked if he would consider participating in the Memorial Day doubleheader, the 2020 NASCAR Cup champion left the possibility open, stating that he could do it if the circumstances align perfectly. Elliott’s teammate, on the other hand, finds it incredibly cool to see the driver of the Chevy No. 5 racing in the IndyCar series. He believes that if anyone is capable of achieving success in both NASCAR and IndyCar, it’s his teammate.
