Zak Brown elogia Fernando Alonso por ‘dar tudo’ na Aston Martin.

Fernando Alonso, the renowned racing driver, recently signed a lucrative contract extension with the Silverstone-based team. The decision made by Zak Brown and Fernando Alonso to return to McLaren in 2015 after a successful period at Ferrari turned out to be a major disappointment. The talented Spaniard joined the Papaya team with the intention of leading the new Honda project, but the overall result was disappointing, especially considering his departure from the team in 2018.

However, Fernando Alonso made a comeback to Formula 1 in 2021 with Alpine and, since then, especially after his move to Aston Martin, he has consistently shown his exceptional skills. Despite being in his 40s, the 42-year-old driver has outperformed his teammate and consistently demonstrated a remarkable level of performance. Recognizing the resurgence of the Spanish driver in Formula 1, Zak Brown recently expressed his admiration for his former protege.

The continued improvement of Fernando Alonso’s racing skills, despite his age, is truly remarkable. His impressive driving style and unwavering dedication are truly commendable. Knowing him well, I can attest to the fact that he remains solely focused on his racing activities, ignoring any distractions.

The 52-year-old executive praised Alonso for his unwavering motivation and dedication to staying at the top of his game in Formula 1. Recently, the Spanish driver signed a multi-year contract with Aston Martin, ensuring his presence in the sport until at least 2026. With over 20 years of experience in Formula 1, Fernando Alonso is the most experienced driver on the field and shows no signs of slowing down.

Impressed with Alonso’s unwavering commitment, Zak Brown compared him to the epitome of excellence in motorsport. He noted that while some older drivers may lose their way due to distractions beyond racing, Fernando Alonso remains solely focused on his craft, much like NFL legend Tom Brady. Brown also expressed his confidence in Alonso’s abilities, stating that he would trust his car to the Spanish driver without hesitation due to the exceptional performance he consistently delivers. It is worth mentioning that one of Alonso’s ultimate goals is to win a third Formula 1 world championship.
