XPENG continues to consolidate its presence in the Portuguese market with the opening of a new dealership in Cascais, reinforcing the brand’s expansion strategy in the Lisbon district and the country.
New space expands presence in Greater Lisbon
XPENG has inaugurated a new space in Alcabideche, Cascais, becoming the third sales point for the brand in the Lisbon region, which already included facilities in Expo and Cacém.
This new dealership, operated by Grupo Salvador Caetano, represents another step in the expansion of the brand’s commercial network in the national territory.
Electric technology in the spotlight
In the new space, customers will be able to explore the entire range of smart electric vehicles from XPENG, with special emphasis on:
- XPENG G6 – the best-selling model of the brand in Portugal
- XPENG G9 – recognized as “Large SUV of the Year 2025”
Both models include ultra-fast charging technology, allowing charging from 10% to 80% in just 12 minutes, positioning themselves among the fastest on the market.
National expansion at an accelerated pace
Since its arrival in Portugal in 2024, XPENG already has 15 points of sale distributed across the mainland and Azores, including cities such as Porto, Braga, Coimbra, Faro, and Ponta Delgada.
Strategy focused on smart mobility
The Chinese brand is heavily investing in:

- artificial intelligence-based technology
- advanced driver assistance systems
with the aim of democratizing access to smart electric mobility.
Partnership with the Salvador Caetano Group
The expansion in Portugal is supported by the Salvador Caetano Group, one of the largest national automotive operators, with an international presence and over 75 years of experience in the sector.
