XPeng, the Chinese electric vehicle brand leading in artificial intelligence mobility and high technology, has reached a milestone by becoming the first Chinese electric vehicle manufacturer to achieve first place in the prestigious USCALE 2025 electric vehicle satisfaction study.

The study conducted by USCALE GmbH, a leading company in market research and customer insights on eMobility, surveyed over 5,000 electric vehicle drivers in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, highlighting XPeng’s leadership in critical areas, including real-world range, charging performance, and technological innovation.

Moreover, the study revealed that XPeng vehicle owners reported the highest levels of overall satisfaction among all brands assessed. When asked how likely they were to recommend the brand to a friend or colleague, on a scale from 0 to 10, 81% of surveyed XPeng vehicle owners responded with ratings of 9 to 10.

This rating significantly surpasses the industry average, where only 50% of respondents fell into the “promoters” category (ratings of 9 to 10), while 17% gave lower ratings of 0 to 6 (“detractors”).

“This recognition from European consumers validates our commitment to providing intelligent, user-centered electric vehicles”, said Brian Gu, vice chairman and president of XPeng. “Our vertically integrated R&D approach allows us to address real-world critical points, from range anxiety to charging reliability.”

Remember that XPeng continues its expansion in the European market, with the Chinese brand already established in 18 countries across the continent, following recent entries into the markets of Poland, Italy, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia.

In Portugal, XPeng sells a range consisting of three models: the G6 coupe SUV, the P7 sedan, and the G9 family SUV.
