Xiaomi Auto aponta à produção de 300 mil unidades em 2025

Xiaomi announced that it has raised its production target for automobiles by 50,000 units, bringing the total to 350,000 vehicles by the end of 2025, compared to initial forecasts.

The company’s announcement came on the same day that the Chinese brand revealed that the increase in production capacity is proceeding smoothly, leading to this upward revision of the delivery targets for this year.

“We are making great progress in increasing production, and in this regard, we have raised our delivery targets for 2025”, stated Lei Jun, CEO of Xiaomi, via the Chinese social network, Weibo.

It is worth noting that Xiaomi has been in the news recently for the impressive sales volumes achieved in a short time, particularly in the Chinese market, where it ended 2024 with over 135,000 units of the SU7 delivered.

Responsible for driving the brand’s sales growth, the SU7 sedan, launched on March 28, 2024, has managed to establish itself in the competitive domestic market. Xiaomi recently announced that the mid-range version of the 100% electric model, the SU7 Pro, has a waiting time of 43 to 46 weeks, according to Xiaomi’s official app, meaning that the SU7 Pro is sold out until the end of 2025.

The range of Xiaomi models has been strengthened this month with the arrival of the SU7 Ultra in the Chinese market, the sports version of the SU7. Additionally, at the beginning of the second half of the year, the launch of the YU7, a 100% electric SUV promising a range of up to 770 km, is expected.
