He doesn’t promise that ‘next year we’ll be on top’; instead, he has a calculated and realistic plan.”
Albon’s confidence in Vowles and the direction of the team is palpable. “So far, it feels like we’re following the path he laid out, and that reassures me that I’m in the right place.”
