VW launches “pack” that transforms the Multivan into a motorhome

After presenting the new generation of the VW California, the German brand has now revealed a “pack” that transforms the Multivan into a camper van. The “Good Night” pack is available in two versions: the basic version includes a foldable bed, the possibility to darken all windows (including the panoramic roof), storage pockets to store the curtains, and ventilation grilles. The more complete version also adds two folding chairs and a camping table. One of the highlights is the new concept of the foldable bed, consisting of a slatted frame and a comfortable mattress measuring 2.02 meters in length and 1.21 meters in width, which rests on supports firmly attached to the bodywork and not to the seats, allowing the bed to be extended over all the folded seats in the passenger compartment simply. When folded, the bed can be placed behind the seats of the second row or on top of the folded seats in the third row.

VW has already made it known that the “Good Night pack” is available as an option for the Multivan in all equipment variants and with five or seven seats.
