The VW Commercial Vehicles has announced that the new pick-up Amarok now comes with a 5-year general warranty with no mileage limit across the range.
The offer is already available for private and professional customers and requires owners to comply with the maintenance plan and intervals established according to VW’s instructions.
“The 5-year unlimited mileage warranty gives all customers the total confidence they need when choosing to purchase a pick-up. No matter how tough the job is, they can always count on their Amarok,” said João Carrilho, Marketing Director of VW Commercial Vehicles.
The new Amarok is available in Portugal with all-wheel drive and double cab, either in the 5 or 3-seat configuration, with a 2.0 TDI engine (170 hp and 205 hp variants) or a 240 hp V6 3.0 TDI. The 170 hp versions are exclusively associated with the 6-speed manual gearbox, while the 205 hp variant can be paired with either the manual or the 10-speed automatic gearbox. The variant equipped with the V6 engine features an automatic transmission of up to 10 speeds, which can be configured by the user with the number of ratios needed according to the use.
