VÍDEO: Sebastian Vettel dirige o famoso McLaren MP4/8 de Ayrton Senna no circuito de Imola.

Ayrton Senna tragically passed away in 1994 during the San Marino Grand Prix in Imola.

The Emilia-Romagna GP weekend is underway and has become even more special due to the efforts of the four-time former world champion. Since the beginning of the weekend, Vettel has been dedicated to honoring the memory of the deceased F1 legend.

A few days ago, Sebastian Vettel organized a race around the Imola track with several other F1 drivers and members of the sport.

In addition, after the recent F1 qualifying session, Vettel once again drew attention by driving Ayrton Senna’s iconic McLaren MP4/8 around the Enzo E Dino Ferrari racing circuit.

According to the video, it is evident that the crowd remained in place after the qualifying session, eagerly awaiting the 36-year-old driver to pilot the MP4/8 on the track. When Vettel came out of the pits, he was greeted with deafening applause from the fans.

Ayrton Senna is widely considered one of the greatest drivers in F1 history. Although he tragically passed away during the San Marino Grand Prix in Imola on May 1, 1994, Vettel still considers him a significant source of inspiration for people to this day.

The Brazilian left a lasting legacy as a three-time F1 world champion.

Both Senna and Vettel are revered as legends in the world of car racing. While Vettel has been dedicated to honoring the former during the current Emilia-Romagna GP weekend, there have also been rumors linking him to the Mercedes seat in 2025.

Sebastian Vettel has always kept the possibility of returning to F1 open, and his fans are eager to see him showcase his talent on the various tracks again. Taking this into consideration, the coming months may bring an announcement from Vettel or Mercedes about his possible return to the sport in 2025.
