VÍDEO: Noah Gragson estraga corrida de Bubba Wallace ao bater no piloto da equipe 23XI Racing em New Hampshire.

Noah Gragson apologized to the team of car number 23 for the incident that occurred. Bubba Wallace and Noah Gragson were involved in a surprising race at New Hampshire Motor Speedway, where Gragson’s poor performance continued, leading to a DNF after a collision with another driver during the third stage. This unfortunate result caused the 23XI Racing driver to lose his position in the playoff bubble, now occupying 16th place, 13 points below the cutoff.

The incident occurred approximately 30 minutes after the race restart, following a delay due to rain. Gragson lost control of his car and slid during the race, eventually making contact with Bubba Wallace. He then collided with another driver before hitting the wall. The impact caused significant damage to Gragson’s car, forcing him to retire from the race. Austin Dillon also faced a similar fate, as bad luck continued to haunt him. Gragson, on the other hand, managed to recover a bit and finished in 27th place. However, this result is still disappointing compared to the podium finishes achieved by his teammates and the 11th place of another driver.

Bubba Wallace, clearly frustrated with the Stewart Haas Racing driver, parked his car in front of Gragson’s pit box, blocking his exit and demanding that he reverse to leave the pits. Wallace’s reaction is understandable considering the defeat he suffered.

When discussing the New Hampshire accident after the race, Gragson admitted that he simply lost grip and lost control of his car. He made it clear that the collision with the other driver was accidental and an error on his part. Gragson sincerely apologized to the team of car number 23 for his mistake and for jeopardizing their chances of a successful weekend. He emphasized that the incident was purely an accident and not something he intended to happen.

The trio of Wallace, Dillon, and Gragson found themselves on the wrong side of the results in New Hampshire. They will be hoping to recover and redeem themselves in the next race in Nashville.
