Lewis Hamilton is gearing up for his 15th participation in the Canadian Grand Prix this weekend. The seven-time world champion arrived in Montreal, looking impeccable, ahead of the highly anticipated racing event. Hamilton has a remarkable history at the iconic Gilles Villeneuve circuit, having secured victory seven times in the past.

Recently, Lewis Hamilton caused a stir by arriving at the paddock in a stylish brown ensemble from head to toe. Despite the attention he has received since his arrival, the 2024 season has proven challenging for Hamilton. In the first eight races, he has struggled to secure a spot on the podium or claim a victory.

In a surprising move, Lewis Hamilton is set to leave his long-time team, Mercedes, after 11 years. He will join Ferrari next year, fulfilling his wish to race for the Reds. Throughout his tenure with the Silver Arrows team, Hamilton has achieved an impressive 83 race wins and six impressive driver championships.

As the FP1 session of the Canadian Grand Prix approaches, Mercedes is focused on refining their upgrades to improve their performance during the race in Montreal. The Brackley team experienced some promising improvements in Monaco, giving them a glimmer of hope for the upcoming event in Canada.

The engineering director of the Mercedes team revealed the team’s plans for the Canadian GP. Although their best placement this season has been in P5, the team has seen signs of progress with a new update on the front wing.

During the Monaco GP, Mercedes tested a new front wing update on one of their cars. The results seemed positive, but unfortunately, Lewis Hamilton did not have the opportunity to use the latest wing, which brought some challenges for the experienced driver.

Now, the Silver Arrows are confident that they will use the updated front wing during the Canadian GP to maximize their advantage. Both George Russell and Lewis Hamilton, the team’s drivers, will push to the limit on Montreal’s high-speed straights in search of Mercedes’ first win in the 2024 season.
