Vídeo: Kenny Wallace zomba dos fãs de Chase Elliott após polêmica sobre limites de pista em COTA.

Kenny Wallace shares a funny video expressing his thoughts on the alleged unfair penalty imposed on Chase Elliot in the Circuit of the Americas (COTA) race.

During the NASCAR Cup Series event at COTA, a penalty was given to the Hendrick Motorsports driver for crossing the track limits. As a result, the driver dropped to 16th place and his race was ruined. Elliot’s fans were outraged by the decision and promptly expressed their frustration on social media.

Former NASCAR driver and commentator, Kenny Wallace, decided to playfully tease Chase Elliot’s dedicated fans. He posted a video on his social media, in which he imitated a fan blaming NASCAR for the penalty on the Chevy No. 9 driver. The video humorously portrayed an exaggerated representation of a fan criticizing NASCAR for penalizing the driver.

Kenny Wallace is known for his controversial actions, both during his career as a driver and now as a commentator. Some fans were offended by his comments and criticized him, while others took it in stride. The video received over 33,000 views on X.

The esses section at COTA is a challenging and technically demanding part of the track. Many drivers struggle to navigate this section effectively, especially due to the strict enforcement of track limits during the NASCAR Cup Series race.

Chase Elliot fell victim to the strict track limits when his car became unstable while maneuvering through the esses. He had to correct the car’s position, which resulted in crossing the track limits and consequently receiving a penalty pass. Elliot promptly informed his crew chief about the incident.

Despite Elliot’s plea, NASCAR rejected his request and imposed two consecutive penalties on laps 39 and 40. This unfortunate sequence of events caused Elliot to miss the opportunity to achieve a top 5 result of the season, dropping to 16th place and effectively ending his race.
