VIDEO – Isack Hadjar’s shocking crash shatters Red Bull’s F1 testing dreams in Barcelona

Title: Shocking Crash: Isack Hadjar Wrecks Red Bull’s RB22 During Pre-Season Testing!

In a dramatic turn of events at the Formula 1 pre-season testing in Barcelona, Isack Hadjar has sent shockwaves through the paddock after crashing Red Bull Racing’s highly-anticipated RB22 car! This incident unfolded on the second day of a crucial five-day test session, as teams scramble to adapt to the new chassis and engine regulations set to roll out in 2026.

The closed-door tests at the famed Catalan circuit have been a race against time for teams, with each allowed to utilize three of the five days. Red Bull, taking the lead, has been the only team to participate on both Monday and Tuesday. Hadjar showcased his driving skills on the first day, while reigning champion Max Verstappen took the wheel on Tuesday morning—until the skies opened up around 10:40 AM local time, unleashing a torrent of rain.

But it was in the afternoon that chaos struck! Hadjar, who was back behind the wheel, suffered a harrowing crash at Turn 14. Eyewitness footage captured by an observer on X revealed the Red Bull colliding with the Tecpro barrier, leaving fans gasping at the sight. Fortunately, a Red Bull spokesperson quickly reassured the public that Hadjar was “all good” following the frightening incident.

This crash, occurring just 35 to 40 minutes before the end of the day’s session, may not significantly hinder Red Bull’s track time. However, it’s a considerable setback in a sport where every second counts, especially with limited spare parts available during this intense testing period. Teams are pushing their machines to the brink, racing to develop their cars to perfection ahead of the upcoming season.

In a twist of fate, the three-day testing cap could benefit Red Bull if they need to await new parts, as they may have the luxury of waiting until Friday for their third allocated day on the track. Meanwhile, the Scuderia Ferrari team was the only other competitor on the circuit Tuesday, with Charles Leclerc and Lewis Hamilton taking turns behind the wheel of the SF-26.

As the dust settles from this shocking incident, the motorsport community is left on edge, speculating how this crash will impact Red Bull’s preparation for the season ahead. Will they bounce back stronger or find themselves grappling with the consequences of this early misstep? Only time will tell, but one thing is for certain: the excitement of Formula 1 has never been more palpable!
