VÍDEO: Gerente da equipe Haas de Fórmula 1, Ayao Komatsu, treina boxe após corrida bem-sucedida no Grande Prêmio da Austrália.

Ayao Komatsu took over control of the Haas F1 team this year and the American team has shown promising results under his guidance so far.

The Haas F1 team achieved impressive results at the beginning of the 2024 F1 season. The American team scored points in two out of the first three races, establishing a comfortable lead over rival teams. After accumulating double points at the [race name], Komatsu was seen engaging in a pleasurable activity. The effectiveness of Komatsu’s leadership as an American constructor is evident from these results.

Komatsu has a strong affinity for boxing as a recreational activity. The Haas F1 team scored double points at the [race name], marking the first occurrence since Austria in 2022. Consequently, this was a notable achievement for both the team and the team principal. Taking this into consideration, Komatsu indulged in a kickboxing session to relax after the race in Melbourne.

The video showing Ayao Komatsu punching the gloves was shared on the Haas [social media] page. However, there is limited information available about the recreational activities of the team principal. Nevertheless, it is reasonable to assume that the Japanese team principal has a clear preference for boxing, considering his nationality. The sparring partner was another member of the Haas team, who likely also had boxing experience.

The Haas F1 team had a poor performance in the two previous seasons. Consequently, Ayao Komatsu was thrilled to see both cars scoring points at Albert Park. However, the American team was hoping for a better pace during the race. Nevertheless, achieving double points exceeded expectations, as acknowledged by the team principal.

Nevertheless, the 48-year-old man did not hesitate to acknowledge the imperfections of the race weekend for the team. Consequently, there are certain areas that the team will need to improve. However, both drivers displayed exceptional skills and performed admirably when circumstances were critical. Therefore, the team boss expressed immense satisfaction after an exceptional finish at the Australian GP.

If the Haas F1 team continues to accumulate points, they may potentially surpass the competition from lower-tier teams. The team has undoubtedly progressed under Komatsu’s guidance. Consequently, only time will reveal how the American constructor will fare with subsequent updates throughout the season. Regardless, the team will celebrate the achievement of double points before the next race in Japan.
