Carlos Sainz celebrated his race in Spain by giving his fans a gift before the start of the Grand Prix. The 2024 race in Barcelona is especially special for the Ferrari driver as it is his home Grand Prix. This is the fourth time he has raced in his home country since joining Ferrari. Sainz managed to qualify in sixth place during Saturday’s qualifying session.

Before the start of the 2024 race, Carlos Sainz took a moment to greet his fans in the stands with his name. To show his gratitude, he threw Ferrari merchandise into the crowd using a product gun. This gesture created a festive atmosphere and strengthened his connection with his supporters in his home race. The fans applauded and showed their support for their local hero, making the event even more special.

Sainz has already scored approximately 108 points for the team. Starting in sixth place in his home race is challenging, but his fans believe in his ability to perform well and potentially win the race, creating a memorable event for him.

The 2024 Spanish GP started with Charles Leclerc in fifth place and Carlos Sainz in sixth. During the third lap, Sainz overtook Leclerc, leaving no space for the Monegasque driver. Leclerc complained on the radio that Sainz was too close and that they almost collided. This incident could have ended the race for both Ferrari drivers, as it happened in Canada.

Carlos Sainz was caught on camera going off track and gaining an advantage while overtaking his teammate Leclerc. Despite the overtake, Sainz expressed his frustration with Leclerc touching his rear wing, causing a collision that sent him off track. Sainz could have received a penalty for his actions, but the FIA decided not to take any action regarding the overtake.

Não haverá mais investigações sobre Sainz por sair da pista e ganhar vantagem.

The investigation into Sainz for leaving the track and gaining an advantage will no longer continue.

Carlos Sainz’s maneuver to overtake Leclerc and leave the track was certainly unusual, but it was a result of his fear of colliding with the Monegasque driver. Fans are enjoying the exciting action between the two drivers and cheering for their local hero to win the race.
