The Vasco da Gama and 25 de Abril bridges are this Wednesday and tomorrow, Thursday, with speed limits due to strong winds, as revealed to “Lusa” by a source from Lusoponte, the company that manages these infrastructures.
Thus, the speed on the 25 de Abril bridge has been reduced from 70 to 60 km/h, and on the Vasco da Gama Bridge, in the North-South direction, the maximum speed is now 80 km/h, and in the opposite direction, it is 60 km/h due to strong winds.
It should be noted that the speed limit on the Vasco da Gama Bridge is 120 km/h, with the exception of small sections.
