Valtteri Bottas, an experienced driver in the current F1 lineup, has been competing in the sport since 2013. With a considerable amount of experience, Bottas is currently associated with the Stake team and has expressed his intention to continue racing in the foreseeable future.
At 34 years old, Bottas aims to emulate the longevity of Fernando Alonso in Formula 1. Despite being 42 years old, Alonso continues to push the limits of the sport. Bottas admires the career path of the Aston Martin F1 driver and aspires to follow a similar trajectory.
When asked about his future, Bottas stated: “I don’t have a specific timeframe in mind for the end of my F1 career. I’m 34 now, and Fernando Alonso is 65 (laughs), so he serves as a great example that age doesn’t hinder performance.”
