Pitbull became an investor in Trackhouse Racing three years ago. Justin Marks and Pitbull (Via IMAGO) Trackhouse Racing made its debut in the NASCAR field in 2021 with high hopes. The team gained attention when Pitbull joined as a co-investor. Additionally, Avenue Sports Fund acquired a significant minority stake in the team. This brought the American rapper’s equity into the spotlight, leading to questions about Pit Bull’s role in the team. However, Justin Marks dismissed these rumors and stated that they were baseless allegations.

Currently, Trackhouse Racing has two charters for its drivers. The team had hoped to gain momentum in the NASCAR field but has experienced a slowdown, with their last win occurring at Atlanta this year. Despite this, the team received substantial investments from various organizations, which further boosted their profile. Interestingly, during this influx of investment, Pitbull changed his Twitter bio from co-owner to owner.

This change sparked speculation in the media about Pitbull’s status in the team. However, these rumors angered the 43-year-old, and he used X to assert that they were completely misleading. He criticized the news outlets for being unreliable and assured that Pitbull would continue in his role with the team. It is worth noting that Pitbull has yet to comment on the matter.

My friend and partner @pitbull leaving Trackhouse are completely false. The ‘media’ spreading this lie is unreliable. We have big plans for 2025 and beyond!

While Trackhouse Racing has multiple drivers, their lead driver is . The Mexican driver originally signed a multi-year deal in 2023, but there have been doubts about his position within the organization following a decline in the team’s performance in recent races.

Despite various theories and speculation about his future with other teams, the 32-year-old has publicly stated that he intends to continue with the North Carolina-based team. However, considering his history of switching teams, the upcoming silly season may still hold surprises.
