Toto Wolff reconhece a incrível força de Max Verstappen, afirmando que ninguém pode competir com o holandês.

Max Verstappen has won the F1 World Championship title three times since 2021. The Dutch driver has consistently shown exceptional skills and talent under the current regulations. In the recent race held in Japan, Verstappen once again demonstrated his remarkable abilities and emerged victorious with a dominant lead.

Starting from pole position, Verstappen showed immense strength throughout the 53 laps of the Grand Prix. He dominated the race and ultimately secured the win with a comfortable margin of over 12 seconds. Mercedes, acknowledging Verstappen’s exceptional performance, wholeheartedly recognizes his talent.

Toto Wolff, the head of the Mercedes team, truly believes that Verstappen is among the greatest drivers in the history of Formula 1. Verstappen’s achievements speak for themselves, as he has won an incredible 19 Grand Prix victories during the 2023 season, out of a total of 22 possible. He continues to excel in the ongoing 2024 season, having won three out of the four races held so far.

While Toto Wolff praises Verstappen’s skills, he also acknowledges the challenges faced by Mercedes. As team principal, Wolff understands the urgent need for significant improvements. Currently, Mercedes is in fourth place in the 2024 Constructors’ Championship, accumulating 34 points.

The team based in Brackley won the last Constructors’ Championship in 2021. However, under the current regulations, Mercedes has faced significant difficulties. Taking this into account, the upcoming races may prove to be extremely challenging for the former dominant force in Formula 1.
