Toni Breidinger’s appearance at the Rose Parade marked another high-profile moment in her off-track career as she prepares for her rookie season in the NASCAR Truck Series. Representing the Women’s Sports Foundation alongside icons like Billie Jean King, Breidinger made waves with her presence at one of America’s most cherished New Year’s traditions. However, as the 25-year-old gears up to pilot the No. 5 Toyota Tundra for Tricon Garage in 2025, the question remains: Can her off-track stardom translate to success on the racetrack?

A Rising Star With a Unique Brand

Breidinger is no stranger to making headlines. From being a Victoria’s Secret model to inspiring young women as a trailblazer in motorsports, she’s cultivated a unique brand that resonates far beyond the NASCAR fanbase. Her growing popularity, bolstered by a loyal social media following, positions her as one of the most marketable drivers in NASCAR’s rising ranks. However, racing isn’t a popularity contest—it’s about results, and Breidinger will need to prove her mettle behind the wheel.

A Fresh Start With Tricon Garage

After a lackluster 2024 ARCA Menards Series season that saw her finish without a top-five result in 20 starts, Breidinger faces a pivotal moment in her career. Tricon Garage, one of the premier teams in the Truck Series, has given her an opportunity that many aspiring drivers can only dream of. The team’s decision to part ways with Dean Thompson and place their faith in Breidinger likely stems from her combination of sponsorship backing, fan appeal, and potential.

“I’m definitely excited for that next step,” Breidinger said of her upcoming Truck Series debut. “There is going to be a learning curve, but Toyota’s been super supportive. I’ve been grinding hard during the offseason to prepare.”

Learning From the Best

Breidinger’s new teammate, Corey Heim, is one of the Truck Series’ standout talents. Heim’s experience and success provide a valuable resource for Breidinger as she navigates the challenges of her rookie campaign. If she can tap into his knowledge and adapt quickly, Breidinger has a real chance to shine.

The Pressure to Perform

While Breidinger’s off-track appeal is undeniable, she’ll face immense pressure to deliver results on the track. Tricon Garage has the equipment and resources to compete for wins, and her performance will be closely scrutinized. Critics will be quick to point out her ARCA struggles, but Breidinger has a golden opportunity to prove that she belongs at this level.

The Road Ahead

For Breidinger, the 2025 season is a chance to redefine her narrative. Her star power ensures she’ll be one of the most talked-about drivers in the Truck Series, but her success will ultimately hinge on her ability to compete at the front of the field. With the right support and determination, she has the tools to make a lasting impact—not just as a role model, but as a genuine competitor.

As the NASCAR community eagerly awaits the start of the 2025 season, all eyes will be on Toni Breidinger to see if she can rise to the occasion and prove that her racing talents match her off-track charisma.
