The year 2024, which is just around the corner, will bring a wide range of increases for drivers, and it is already known that starting from January 1st, drivers will have to pay more to cross the 25 de Abril Bridge and the Vasco da Gama Bridge.

According to SIC, class 1 vehicles will have to pay an additional 10 cents to enter Lisbon through the 25 de Abril Bridge. The toll price will be €2.10. On the other hand, on the Vasco da Gama Bridge, the increase is 15 cents, making it €3.20.

The toll rates for other vehicle classes will also increase, with the increase ranging from €0.25 to €0.50.

The increase in toll fees on the two bridges that cross the Tagus River is due to the annual price adjustment stipulated in the concession agreement between Lusoponte and the Portuguese State, which is 3.6% this year.
