The Chinese SUV manufacturer, Jetour, announced this Tuesday that it will expand its range to the European market starting in November.
Jetour will debut in the third largest automotive market in the world, with three SUV models, the X70 Plus, the T2, and the Dashing, all models with combustion engines, which will initially arrive in Poland.
“Poland is a very important market for us”, said Yan Jun, executive vice president of Jetour International, at a launch event held in the city of Warsaw. “We believe that the Polish market has the greatest potential in Europe.”
Car sales in Poland grew by 5.8% in the first eight months of 2025 compared to the same period in 2024. Furthermore, Jetour will start by marketing its models with combustion engines, vehicles that are not subject to the tariffs imposed by the European Union on Chinese manufacturers of electric cars.
Remember that the person in charge of Jetour recently revealed to “Reuters” that the brand was ready to start selling its models in Europe in the third quarter, and that if successful, the company will consider the possibility of producing its models in Europe.
In 2024, Jetour sold about 560,000 units globally and expects sales to reach 800,000 vehicles this year as it continues with its expansion plan into new markets.
