Novo Renault Scenic E-Tech 100% já chegou ao mercado

The Renault has just announced the arrival of the new Scenic E-Tech 100% to the market, which, in common with previous generations, only has the space and comfort.

Twenty-eight years after the launch of the first generation, Renault completely reinvents the Scenic, which now has the Mégane E-Tech platform, the CMF-EV, as its base, and measures 4.47 m in length, 1.86 m in width, and 1.57 m in height. The wheelbase is 2.78, which allows rear seat passengers greater comfort, with a wide knee radius of 278 mm. In addition, the 100% electric Scenic E-Tech has a generous 545-liter trunk.

Without making any compromises in terms of comfort, the interior of the new Scenic is equipped with modern and elegant seats, with special emphasis on the front seats that can be electronically adjusted. In addition, they feature a percentage of recycled fabrics ranging from 87 to 100 percent, depending on the upholstery of the different equipment levels. The rear passengers benefit from an ingenious armrest, which includes two swivel arms for each passenger, space for storing smartphones and tablets, two cup holders, and two USB-C ports.

Still noteworthy is the Solarbay panoramic glass roof, which allows occupants to choose between a transparent or opaque roof, or even different settings for front and rear passengers.

In terms of technology, the new generation of Scenic is equipped with an infotainment system with two continuous screens, in an L shape: a horizontal 12.3″ screen for the instrument panel and a vertical 12″ touchscreen placed centrally.

With Google and the integration of Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, the OpenR Link multimedia system integrates applications such as Google Maps, Waze or Spotify, but also allows downloading dozens of others on Google Play.
Aesthetically, the fifth generation of the well-known model from the French brand has left aside the image of a minivan to become an SUV, with bold and elegant lines, but with a lowered waistline giving it a sedan-like appearance, and featuring a front where the grille stands out, blending with the bodywork, the slim headlights, and the daytime running lights that assume the luminous signature that already distinguishes the Rafale and the refreshed Clio. The new 100% electric Scenic E-Tech is available in four versions: Evolution, Techno, Iconic, and Esprit Alpine. All versions are available with the 87 kWh battery, which powers a 220 hp motor and a torque of 300 Nm, allowing for a range of up to 625 km (WLTP).
There is also a version equipped with a 60 kWh battery, available in the Evolution and Techno trim levels, which powers a 170 hp motor and a maximum torque of 280 Nm, offering a range of up to 430 km.

A Renault has already announced that the new Scenic E-Tech 100% electric is now available at brand dealerships for a starting price of €40 690 euros.
