Novo Renault 5 elétrico foi pensado para transportar baguetes

After three years of waiting, the Renault 5 electric is here and we already know the price of the return of the historic model of the French brand, which is equipped with very interesting features.

Among the most curious details, a baguette holder deserves special mention, that’s right, a dedicated space for transporting the famous French bread, which makes the Renault 5 electric the first car properly equipped to carry baguettes.

Mounted on the central console, the wicker basket was designed with the help of the specialist wicker basket company, Marguerite Herlant. With such an emotional design, the Renault 5 E-Tech 100% electric lends itself to customization through a range of accessories that emphasize its cheerful and “daring” character.

Of the entire range of 104 accessories, including the traditional roof bars and floor mats, about 33 are accessories that enhance or highlight the design of the reborn Renault 5.

In the cabin, 3D printing technology paves the way for a wide range of decorative elements for fitting or additional storage compartments with personalized covers.

The peak of sophistication is reached with the “e-pop shifter,” the customizable tip of the gear lever mounted on the steering wheel, designed to resemble a lipstick case. Located to the right, a short distance behind the steering wheel, it can be personalized for each collection or based on individual tastes (at the accessories store). This “e-pop shifter” element can be changed without tools, with a simple pointed object, just like removing a SIM card from a smartphone.

Finally, regarding the exterior, a range of customization options will be available, including exterior styling for the roof and front doors in two versions, each with two colors: NumbeR5 in red or black or Unlimited 5 in gold or silver, accompanied by a French flag embedded in the headlights, while the wheels feature a 5 logo in place of the traditional Renault diamond.
