The Dubai Police revealed a new addition to the tourist brigade fleet, a majestic Rolls-Royce Cullinan, customized by the German tuner, Mansory.
Unveiled at the Arabian Travel Market 2025, which took place at the Dubai World Trade Centre, the new Rolls-Royce Cullinan was presented in a ceremony led by Brigadier Khalfan Obaid Al Jallaf, director of the Tourist Police department, in the presence of other police officials and the founder of Mansory, Kourosh Mansory.

Equipped with an engine that delivers 610 hp, the Cullinan serving the Dubai police reaches a top speed of 280 km/h and can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 5 seconds, figures that impress even a security service accustomed to excesses and boasting a luxury vehicle fleet.
This Rolls-Royce Cullinan, bearing the Mansory “seal,” also features some special details unique to the German tuner, such as high-quality carbon fiber and aluminum accents, enhanced finishes, and truly luxurious state-of-the-art digital displays, as one would expect.

The new model serving the Dubai Tourist Police is the second prepared by Mansory, following a special version of the Mercedes-AMG G63, which boasts 720 hp and can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.7 seconds.
“The Rolls-Royce Cullinan is a unique edition, custom-made for the Dubai Police. It reflects our commitment to innovation, excellence, and leadership in the automotive world,” said Kourosh Mansory during the presentation ceremony of the Dubai Police’s new acquisition.
The new Mansory Cullinan becomes part of the Dubai Police’s luxury garage, which already includes models ranging from Ferrari to Bugatti, as well as a Tesla Cybertruck and a Lamborghini Urus Performante, all to demonstrate that law enforcement enjoys everything that is fast, powerful, and luxurious.
