The Lancia Gamma Makes a Triumphant Return! Italian Icon Reborn as a Futuristic Electric Flagship in 2026

In a groundbreaking revival, Lancia is set to reintroduce its iconic Gamma as an all-electric flagship vehicle, scheduled to hit the streets in 2026. This ambitious EV embodies the next generation of Italian luxury, marrying state-of-the-art technology with refined Italian design to target Europe’s premium market. Built on the STLA Medium platform from Stellantis, the Gamma promises a range of up to 700 kilometers (around 435 miles), with an interior crafted to rival the comfort of a high-end Italian living room. The Gamma: Designed to Dazzle

Inspired by Lancia’s Pu+Ra HPE concept, the Gamma will sport a sleek fastback design, complete with an illuminated front grille, a panoramic sunroof, and retro-futuristic touches. With its 4.7-meter frame, the Gamma aims to capture attention and dominate in style. Every detail, from the aerodynamics to the luxurious interiors, is curated to create a powerful presence on the road, setting a new standard for Italian automotive elegance.

Italian Manufacturing, Global Ambitions

Proudly “Made in Italy,” the Gamma will be produced at the Stellantis Melfi plant alongside models from Jeep and DS Automobiles. This high-end EV symbolizes Lancia’s grand comeback, and as the brand’s flagship model, it’s expected to help Lancia carve a significant niche in Europe’s premium EV segment. The Gamma is a crucial part of Lancia’s electrification goal to become an all-electric brand by 2028, making it a milestone in Stellantis’s broader EV strategy.

Setting a New Standard for Premium EVs

The Gamma’s anticipated €55,000+ starting price reflects its premium positioning, and the market is buzzing with excitement as the world awaits this game-changing EV. With power options that deliver an exhilarating driving experience, Lancia is positioning the Gamma to challenge the very best in the premium segment. Industry insiders are watching closely to see how this modern electric marvel will fare against luxury EV giants across Europe, particularly in Germany and France.

Lancia’s Gamma is more than just a car—it’s a statement of Italian innovation, craftsmanship, and luxury redefined for the electric age. This bold move is set to electrify the industry and solidify Lancia’s future as a leader in luxury EVs.
