Dacia continues to invest in a practical and accessible digital ecosystem, and has now announced that it has expanded its range of digital services and functions with new apps and features designed to enhance the user experience both inside and outside the vehicle. Among the latest updates are the Dacia Travel Companion app and the new Boot Organizer feature, which allows for better organization of the trunk through Dacia AR, both compatible with iOS and Android devices.
The My Dacia app remains the central pillar of Dacia’s connected experience, allowing users to monitor the vehicle’s status in real-time from their smartphone.

This way, it is possible to know the number of kilometers, the fuel or battery level, including the location of the vehicle, among other functions.
On the other hand, Dacia Media Control turns the smartphone into an infotainment system. This app, available in models such as Spring, Sandero, Jogger, and Duster, offers personalized navigation, call control, music access, and displays vehicle data such as fuel consumption and the Eco Score.
The Dacia Map Update allows you to keep the Medianav navigation system updated, making it easier to download new maps and updates directly to your smartphone and from there to your vehicle, without the need to use USB drives or SD cards for this operation. This application is currently available for the Android system and will soon be available for iOS.
The Dacia Guide is a feature integrated into the My Dacia app, but it can also be downloaded separately, offering interactive access to the instruction manual for Dacia models.

The digital experience of Dacia is further enhanced by Dacia AR, which allows you to explore the brand’s models through augmented reality. This has now been improved with the new Boot Organizer function, which enables you to visualize the loading capacity of each model, optimize the arrangement of the trunk, and view available accessories.
Finally, the Dacia Travel Companion, which will be available starting March 29, promises to make trips safer and more enjoyable, with features that allow for monitoring fatigue signals during the journey by analyzing facial expressions and the driver’s sleep data.
Additionally, it provides access to personalized or suggested points of interest along the route, so you can take a break when needed and according to your preferences.
Dacia has also revealed that the Dacia Travel Companion is compatible with the most popular navigation apps such as Waze, Google Maps, or Apple Maps.
