Russian Custom Motorcycle Designer Unveils Stunning Electric Artwork

In a groundbreaking display of artistry and innovation, a Russian custom motorcycle designer has unveiled the Guido, a one-of-a-kind electric-powered masterpiece. Inspired by the iconic Rolls-Royce 103EX concept car and named after the renowned Italian Baroque painter Guido Reni, this motorcycle is a true work of art that belongs in a museum.

The meticulous craftsmanship is evident in the Guido’s handcrafted all-aluminum body, which took over 200 hours to manufacture. Every detail has been carefully considered, resulting in a design that pushes the boundaries of form and function. Vlad Belyakov, the founder of Box39, a leading custom motorcycle workshop in Moscow, Russia, is renowned for his stunning designs created using advanced Haas UMC-1000 five-axis milling machines. The Guido is no exception, showcasing the incredible capabilities of Haas CNC milling machines.

Originally commissioned by a Haas machinery dealer in eastern Europe to demonstrate the full potential of modern milling machinery, the Guido has since captivated audiences worldwide. After spending some time in a Florida showroom promoting Box39 products, it has now become available for sale once again.

Described as a rideable sculpture, the Guido seamlessly combines art and engineering. Powered by a rear-mounted motor and a lithium-ion battery system, this electric two-wheeler is as functional as it is visually striking. While specific performance details have not been disclosed, the Guido’s sleek lines and flawless finish make it a true marvel.

At first glance, the Guido may appear perplexing, with its unconventional design and oversized front wheel. The massive 30-inch (76.2 cm) aluminum wheel serves as a focal point, rotating like a paddle wheel within the body of the motorcycle. This intricate component, meticulously machined from a single block of aluminum, required an astonishing 200 hours of craftsmanship.

The Guido is a testament to the boundless possibilities of combining art and technology. With its unique design and impeccable attention to detail, this electric masterpiece is sure to leave a lasting impression. Don’t miss the opportunity to own a piece of automotive history.

In a stunning display of craftsmanship, the Guido electric motorcycle has emerged as a truly unique and eye-catching piece of art. With its intricate aluminum alloy frame hidden beneath a handcrafted aluminum body, this bike is a true work of art that took four months to complete. The 17-inch rear wheel remains hidden, adding to the bike’s sleek and seamless appearance.

But don’t be fooled by its beauty alone – the Guido is fully functional. It boasts an electric powertrain that allows it to move under its own power. It also features custom Girder front end suspension, electronic rear suspension, and hydraulic rear brakes. While its front fender may look unusual, it is indeed capable of steering, although its range of motion is limited.

Riders lucky enough to experience this one-of-a-kind bike will find themselves seated on a small padded seat that offers access to the electrical system. With no gearbox or foot controls, the single rear disc brake is controlled via the handlebars, making for a simplified and intuitive riding experience.

Additional features of the Guido include an oversized oval-shaped LED headlight and a strip of LED lights on the rear fender, serving as both a brake and running light. These details add to the bike’s overall aesthetic appeal.

The Guido electric motorcycle prototype is set to go up for auction in early March, with an estimated price range of $90,000 to $150,000. While it may not be road legal, this bike is a testament to the capabilities of modern Haas 5-axis milling machines and the skill of the team at Box39. Whoever becomes the proud owner of this masterpiece will surely appreciate it as both a functional sculpture and a collector’s item.

For those curious about the creation process, the team at Box39 has documented the making of the Guido on their YouTube channel. This behind-the-scenes look provides insight into the meticulous craftsmanship and attention to detail that went into bringing this extraordinary motorcycle to life.
