As always, Manhart continues to stir emotions with its more radical modifications of some BMW models.
This time, the German tuner decided to add more “muscle” to the BMW M2, and they didn’t hold back. The change was drastic, as the factory version of the M2 produces a power output of 480 hp and 600 Nm of maximum torque.
Not satisfied with these numbers, Manhart equipped the MH2 700 with a new carbon intake system, the proven Manhart MHtronik powerbox, along with a new engine mapping, and a stainless steel exhaust system with four 110 mm diameter tips.
With these modifications, the 3.0-liter twin-turbo six-cylinder engine now delivers 728 hp and an impressive 900 Nm of maximum torque.
In addition to the engine, Manhart also refined the body of the MH2 700 with various carbon fiber elements, including the hood, grille, diffuser, generously sized rear wing, side skirts, lower body panels, and front apron.
Visually, the highlight is the black and champagne-tone decoration, as well as the new 21-inch wheels on the rear axle. The Germans also opted for larger brake discs and offer a choice between a KW coilover suspension or simply changing the lower arms.
The braking system has not undergone changes, but the German tuner revealed that it can equip the model with larger brake discs. The new Yido wheels in matte black are 20’’ at the front and 21’’ at the rear.
Inside the cabin, the focus is on the various carbon fiber details, along with the use of a roll cage in place of the rear seats; additionally, the sports seats are equipped with Schroth seat belts.
