Bridgestone has announced that it has been chosen by Audi as the exclusive tire supplier for the new 100% electric family, Audi e-tron GT.
Bridgestone has custom-developed the premium Bridgestone Potenza Sport A tires, which enhance the high-performance capabilities of the new Audi e-tron GT. As a tire globally approved as original equipment (OE), the Bridgestone Potenza Sport A has undergone rigorous testing by Audi.
The tire has been recognized for providing the necessary performance for Audi’s latest electric models, from the S to the RS versions, featuring a unique tread design, reinforcement technology, and a carcass structure specifically adapted to the e-tron GT.
Bridgestone also revealed that the Potenza Sport A is the first mass-produced tire from the brand to incorporate 55% recycled and renewable materials.
