Ferrari is ready to advance into electric mobility and will begin to unveil its first 100% electric model in October, but the market launch is expected to be at the beginning of the last quarter of 2026.
The confirmation was made by CEO Benedetto Vigna during the earnings teleconference for the first quarter of 2025 for the Italian manufacturer, who added that there are still some steps that need to be taken before the presentation of the fully electric model from the Maranello house.
In this way, Vigna made it clear that Ferrari will showcase the “technological heart” of its future electric vehicle on October 9, coinciding with Ferrari’s capital markets day. The world premiere of the model will take place next spring, and if everything goes according to plan, sales of the fully electric Ferrari will begin in October 2026.
Little is known about Ferrari’s first 100% electric model, but the CEO of the Italian brand has already made it clear that the new model from the Maranello house will be “fast and rich in technology”, in addition to promising that it will be “fun to drive” and have the authentic sound of a Ferrari, continuing to deliver strong emotions like the legendary combustion engine models.
All indications suggest that the first 100% electric Ferrari, currently known internally as F244, will feature four electric motors, a combined power of 1500 hp, and a range of over 700 kilometers.
