The announcement of Tesla’s autonomous vehicle tests in Austin comes hours after Elon Musk announced that he will leave the government of President Donald Trump, disagreeing with the current U.S. president’s fiscal policy.
Although he has not confirmed the date for the launch of the robotaxi, “Bloomberg News” reported that Tesla is expected to launch its autonomous vehicle service in Austin on June 12.
