Tech3: Vinales e Bastianini sugerem formação de pilotos de ponta em 2025.

Red Bull Content Pool reported that Herve Poncharal, MotoGP Tech3 KTM team manager, announced that Maverick Viñales and Enea Bastianini will join the team in 2025, marking the first time the team will have “two number one riders”. The news came last week, revealing that Vinales will join the team from Aprilia, while Bastianini, who was previously with Ducati, will also be part of the team. In 2025, Tech3 will return to an orange color scheme, dispelling the notion that GasGas is currently acting as a secondary team to the KTM senior team. Pedro Acosta, who had an impressive rookie season in MotoGP with four podium finishes, has been promoted to the official KTM team. Poncharal expressed his excitement about the new team lineup for 2025 and acknowledged Acosta’s contribution in attracting Vinales and Bastianini to Tech3’s ambitions. Poncharal stated, “We have never seen this combination of two successful MotoGP riders with us. We will have two number one riders in 2025.” Vinales made history this season by winning the Grand Prix of the Americas with Aprilia, becoming the first rider to achieve victories with three different manufacturers in MotoGP. Bastianini, on the other hand, overcame past setbacks and achieved three podium finishes this season, placing him in fourth position in the championship standings. Despite his achievements, it was not enough to secure his spot.
