Maruti Suzuki, the Indian arm of the Japanese car manufacturer, unveiled two concepts at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025, which runs until Wednesday in India: a competition-inspired Swift and a five-door Jimny designed for adventure.
Maruti revealed that the two models will not reach production as they are concepts intended to “gather customer feedback.”
Without technical data on the two concepts, the Suzuki Swift Champions Concept appears to be a sports car ready for track competition, benefiting from a set of aerodynamic details, notably a rear wing, along with wheels that mount tires with a white stripe and a red body featuring bold decals.
The hatchback could even be seen as a successor to the Swift Sport, which the Japanese brand will soon discontinue; however, it seems certain that it will not reach production.
On its part, the Jimny Conqueror Concept stands out with a sophisticated front grille, a body-colored skid plate, 16’’ alloy wheels with all-terrain tires, along with a winch for more complicated situations, a snorkel, a rear ladder, among other elements that are useful for tackling tougher terrains.
This concept of Suzuki’s iconic off-road vehicle features an exterior finish in desert matte that transitions to black at the rear and on the roof, with the letters “Jimny 4×4” on the side.
