The Suzuki Vitara is a clear example of the global character of the Japanese brand, considering that throughout its history, the popular model has been produced on three continents and has achieved absolute sales success worldwide, with over 4 million units sold.
One million of these units were manufactured in Europe, at the Magyar Suzuki Corporation factory located in Esztergom (Hungary). The one millionth unit, produced this year, was a Vitara 1.4T Mild Hybrid 4×4, bluish-gray, with S3 trim, intended for the German market.
Remember that the current generation of the Suzuki Vitara was updated in 2024, evolving in terms of efficiency, robustness, intelligent design, technology, and adventurous character.
The current range is available with a Mild Hybrid mechanical system, 4×2 and 4×4 AllGrip traction, and trim levels S1, S2, and S3. Its hybrid system reduces fuel consumption by between 15% and 20% and provides a more dynamic driving experience with a responsive throttle.
The Suzuki Vitara incorporates an infotainment system with a 9-inch high-definition screen. This system integrates navigation, voice recognition, a rearview camera, and wireless connectivity through Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
Another novelty in terms of connectivity is Suzuki Connect, the mobile application that allows drivers to interact with their car from their smartphone, offering a wide range of connected services.
The Suzuki Vitara comes standard with an extensive list of driving assistance and safety systems, highlighting the driver monitoring system and intelligent speed control, as well as adaptive cruise control, pre-installation of an alcohol blocker, emergency braking light alert, hill hold control, and hill descent control (4×4 versions). The S2 and S3 trims also add to the long list of safety equipment with blind spot detection and rear cross traffic alert.
