Stellantis lança serviço de carregamento de elétrico Free2Move Charge Go

After announcing last year the launch of an ecosystem for electric vehicle charging infrastructure, which would cover residential charging, commercial charging, and public charging, Stellantis has now announced the launch of Free2move Charge Go – the second of three strategic pillars: ‘Free2move Charge Home’, ‘Free2move Charge Go’, and ‘Free2move Charge Business’.

Designed to ensure that customers can easily access the most extensive and reliable public charging network across Europe, Free2move Charge Go makes electric vehicle charging as easy and efficient as possible.

Free2move Charge Go is a customer-oriented solution that provides a simple and accessible public charging experience, ensuring that drivers can access charging points, start charging, and manage payments in just 3 clicks.

Free2move Charge Go offers access to over 800,000 charging points in 29 European countries, covering 96% of the public charging point market. The charging network is accessible through the Free2move Charge app and includes fast AC charging stations (up to 22 kW) and DC charging stations (from 50 kW to 350 kW).

The charging application is available for free download on Google Play and the Apple Store, allowing users to locate charging stations, view the status of charging points in real-time, check power capacity, and monitor and pay for charging sessions.

In addition, a charging card equipped with RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology is available; this card allows users to immediately start a charging session simply by swiping it at the chosen station, in a straightforward process, especially in situations of reduced roaming coverage or when the phone’s battery is low.

Electric vehicle drivers have the flexibility to choose to pay as they charge or opt for a subscription. This way, the beginner pay-as-you-go plan does not require any initial commitment, with a session fee of €0.90, plus the cost of electricity;

The advanced pay-as-you-go plan, for more frequent users, ideal for those who charge more than five times a month, has a monthly fee of €4.99, plus the cost of electricity (with no session fee per charge).

The Free2move Charge App is available to all customers of Stellantis brands: Alfa Romeo, Citroën, DS Automobiles, Fiat/Abarth, Jeep, Lancia, Leapmotor, Opel, Peugeot, and Pro One.
