Stellantis, the global automotive giant led by Portuguese Carlos Tavares, announced this Friday that Alberto de Aza is the new director of the Peugeot brand for Portugal and Spain.
Aza immediately replaces João Mendes in the position, who will leave Stellantis to embrace new professional challenges.
Alberto de Aza holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the European University of Madrid and the Complutense University of Madrid, and since 2021, he has been leading the light commercial vehicle business unit of Stellantis for Portugal and Spain.
Diego Rey has been appointed to the position previously held by Aza, becoming the new director of the light commercial vehicle business unit for the Iberian Peninsula.
