Stellantis has just announced that Luca de Meo, current CEO of Lancia, will now also take on the role of new Chief Sales & Marketing Officer, replacing Thierry Koskas who, after successfully creating the global sales and marketing function, will now focus his strong experience in these areas on expanding the Citroën brand.
Luca Meo brings with him his sales knowledge and experience in the automotive industry, both in fleet sales and retail, as well as in dealer management and network development, having held positions in various countries in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
Additionally, Olivier Bourges has been appointed Chief Customer Experience Officer, replacing Richard Schwarzwald who decided to leave Stellantis for personal reasons. Olivier Bourges will take on the challenge of achieving the company’s ‘Dare Forward 2030’ commitment to be number one in customer satisfaction, based on his deep knowledge of the sector and Stellantis operations.
To replace Olivier in his current role and as previously planned, Clara Ingen-Housz, who joined the company in early 2024, will be appointed head of the Global Corporate Office & Public Affairs.
“I want to take this opportunity to warmly thank Richard for his dedication, his unwavering focus on our customers, and his contribution to the early years of Stellantis. I wish him all the best”, stated Carlos Tavares, CEO of Stellantis. “I also have full confidence in Thierry’s ability to drive Citroën’s brand growth, in Olivier’s determination to take Stellantis to the next level of customer satisfaction, and I welcome Clara to the Group’s management team, as we continue to execute our strategic plan ‘Dare Forward 2030’”
The new changes now announced will take effect from June 1st.
