As the head coach of the San Francisco 49ers, Harbaugh led the team to the NFC Conference Championship and even reached the Super Bowl in his first two seasons. His tenure at Michigan also saw a slow but steady rise, culminating in a national championship.
The Chargers made a bold and unconventional choice in hiring Harbaugh, fully embracing his quirks.
