Shocking IndyCar twist: Alex Palou and Chip Ganassi Racing unveil championship-defending beast with DHL power

The reigning king of IndyCar, Alex Palou, and his powerhouse team, Chip Ganassi Racing, are back to defend their NTT IndyCar Series crown—and they’re doing it with a bold, refreshed look that screams dominance. DHL, the global shipping giant, is once again strapped in as the primary sponsor of the No. 10 Honda, unleashing a striking livery designed to keep Palou’s title-winning momentum rolling into 2025.

New season, new look, same championship ambitions

If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it! That seems to be the mantra behind the nearly identical livery Palou will pilot in 2025, but with one key tweak—the roll hoop has ditched its former red shade for an aggressive yellow, injecting even more of DHL’s signature energy into the machine. Additional yellow accents have also made their way onto the IndyCar beast, with a larger, in-your-face DHL logo dominating the sidepods.

But make no mistake—this car is more than just a head-turner. The No. 10 machine is a proven championship winner, and Palou is dead set on ensuring it conquers the competition once again.

DHL doubles down: ‘Speed and passion’ drive the partnership

DHL’s global sponsorship chief, Mike Parra, isn’t just watching from the sidelines—he’s all in. The company’s excitement is palpable as they gear up for another season at IndyCar’s highest level, standing firm behind the three-time champion.

“Our first season with Chip Ganassi Racing and the No. 10 DHL Chip Ganassi Honda was nothing short of spectacular,” Parra declared. “We take immense pride in seeing our vibrant colors emblazoned on the car, symbolizing our commitment to delivering with speed and passion around the world.”

And it’s not just about branding. DHL wants to fuel greatness, inspiring fans, customers, and employees alike as Palou sets his sights on back-to-back glory.

Palou’s next big target: The holy grail of IndyCar

Despite securing the 2024 championship with just two wins, Palou knows that IndyCar’s ultra-competitive battlefield will push him to level up in 2025. His mission? Win more races. Defend the title. And most importantly—conquer the one event that has eluded him thus far: the Indianapolis 500.

“I’m looking forward to the 2025 season with the No. 10 DHL Honda team,” Palou stated confidently. “The competition will be tough. We won the last championship with only two wins, so that shows how competitive it is in IndyCar. The goal is to try and repeat that, improve a bit, and try to win the Indianapolis 500.”

For a driver who has already cemented his place among IndyCar’s elite, winning the Indy 500 would be the ultimate jewel in his crown. And with DHL’s speed-infused backing and Chip Ganassi Racing’s razor-sharp precision, Palou is primed to strike.

Can he do it? Will 2025 be the year Alex Palou claims IndyCar’s biggest prize? One thing’s for sure—he’s not backing down.
