A young Irish talent steals the spotlight at Zandvoort F1 testing alongside Colapinto!
In preparation for the upcoming Emilia-Romagna Grand Prix at Imola, Franco Colapinto took to the track at Zandvoort for a testing session in the 2023 Alpine. But he wasn’t the only one making waves on the Dutch circuit!
Amidst the roaring engines and screeching tires, another young prodigy emerged – Alex Dunne, a 19-year-old Irish driver part of McLaren’s Young Driver Programme. Dunne, who clinched victory in the 2022 Formula 4 British Championship before moving on to Formula 3 and eventually making his Formula 2 debut this season, showcased his skills behind the wheel of the McLaren MCL60 from 2023.
